Terms of Trade

Payment

1.  We can accept payment Japanese Yen and US$.

2.  We can only accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

3.  Please send the copy of the T/T payment form by fax after you remit your payment.

Cancellation

You can not cancel after we made agreement with you.

Shipping

1.  We ship the vehicle by the first available ship after receiving all full amounts.

2.  We will send you the following documents as soon as your cars shipped by EMS ( International
Express Mail).

a.  Original Bill of Lading

b.  The Invoice

c.  Temporary Export De-registration Certificate / Export Certificate  

Insurance

If you want to insure your car we can get insurance for you at extra charge (5000YEN).
This insurance valid until the vehicle reaches the port of your country. This insurance only covers
the total loss of the vehicle.

Trade Terms

FOB price : Vehicle cost + Port Charge + Custom Clearance + Shipping charge, not include
Freight (Our price list does not include container fee)

C&F price : FOB + Freight

CIF price : FOB + Freight + Insurance

Importing restriction

 Each country has different import restrictions. Depending on the country, you may not be able to
import some car models. You need to check your country’s registration laws. We have no
responsibility if your car is rejected or other fees are had in your country.

Governing Law

This contract shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Japan .
